Opening Retreat Weekend
Friday 19 - Sunday 21 February at Lake Eppalock
2010 Participants took part in a team challenge to construct flat-packed
furniture in a race against the
clock with mixed results.
Participants learn more about
themselves and their LMCLP Journey
The
participants spent an intense weekend together at Lake Eppalock in central
Victoria learning about themselves and each other, learning how to work
together, debating leaderships styles and hearing from local leaders
including Sgt John Olver from Heathcote Police Station talking about
leadership in the local community.
Bendigo
facilitators Bob & Heather McNaught taught the participants to look at
themselves and profile their own personalities in preparation for the year
ahead.
