CLLM Board of Management To help oversee the running of the Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program, a Board of Management is elected from graduates of the program and interested members of the north central region community. There are seven positions on the Board of Management each of which is a two-year tenure. Positions are open for nomination in December each year, with four positions offered one year, and three the next year to ensure a continuity of experience on the Board as well as the input of new ideas and ways of thinking. This ensures the program continues to grow and meet the needs of the North Central region. In 2010, the following people make up the LMCLP Board of Management:

PO Box 70, Donald VIC 3480 Phone: 03 5498 3270, Email: executive@lmclp.org.au Ms Slater has had extensive experience in the design and delivery of community capacity building projects including the Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program (LMCLP), the LMCLP Graduate Program, DAFF Women Leading Change Forums, Building Resilient Women Forum, as well as a range of environmental education initiatives for both adults and children including the Loddon Mallee Environmental Festival for schools. Through her company JLS Consulting, Julie has
facilitated a number of planning process for community based organisations
including the Wycheproof Community Resource Centre Strategic Plan
(March/April 2007); the Wycheproof Community Plan (December 2007 - April
2008); the Quambatook Community Resource Centre Strategic Plan (February -
May 2009); and the Wycheproof Men’s Shed Strategic Plan (March - April
2009). She also has extensive experience in project and event management, including coordination of the Swan Hill-Murray Downs Field Days, the LMCLP 10th Anniversary Celebrations, and industry events for both horticulture and rural women within the Loddon Mallee region.
