The 2011 LMCLP Program Year
includes program days at Kerang, Boort, Bendigo, Calivil, Wycheproof,
Charlton,
Swan Hill, Pyramid Hill, Castlemaine, Echuca
and Macedon Ranges, as well as visits to Melbourne and Canberra.
Topics to be covered during the
year include developing skills and confidence, vision of the region,
agriculture and our communities, pushing the boundaries, innovative communities,
understanding the political landscape, metropolitan communities and
the urban fringe, our natural environment, cultural diversity and change
and tourism and events.
